Appalachian Trail Adventures caters to hikers who do not feel comfortable hitting the trails alone and those seeking a healthful lifestyle. Guests will enjoy accommodations at The Summit Lodge and customized programs created by Appalachian Trail Adventures.
Program elements include customized day hikes, afternoon kayaking, excursions to the most scenic Vermont villages, exercise classes and healthy dining all in small group settings. Guests range from young adults to seniors seeking health and fitness at different levels of ability.
Hiking Vacation Programs consist of guided novice, intermediate or advanced hiking and/or kayaking plus excursions, nightly nature themed movie, accommodations and three meals. Massages, yoga class, etc. are available à la carte.
Healthful Living Programs consist of guided novice, intermediate or advanced hiking and/or kayaking, excursions, a late afternoon yoga class, a nature themed movie after dinner, accommodations and three meals. Massages are available à la carte.
