Breakfast at the Summit Lodge
Start your day off the Summit way with a delicious made-to-order country breakfast. Breakfast is served daily in Maxwell’s Restaurant (located on-site) during the winter season. Breakfast is included in your stay when you book your reservation directly with the Summit Lodge.
What does the Summit Lodge full country breakfast consist of? Start with a glass of fruit juice, mug of hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Then choose an entrée, such as, our signature Eggs Benedict or Almond French Toast. Maybe a homemade Omelet or Chocolate Chip Pancakes are more your style? Most entrees are served with home fried potatoes, a choice of bacon, ham or sausage and toast.
