FRONT DESK & REGISTRATION

• A photo ID, and credit card are required at Check-In.

• It is required to provide license plate number of vehicles staying in our lot at check-in.

• Parking at the entrance will be limited to 15-minute periods for loading and unloading of luggage and or handicapped access only.

Hearth Room Breakfast & Dining

• Complimentary Continental Breakfast is available daily from 8:00am – 10:00am in the Country Room with seating in the Terrace Dining or you may return to your room with your selections. Coffee is available from 6:00am – 10:00am

HOUSEKEEPING

• All guest rooms are deep cleaned/sanitized between every stay.

• To respect your privacy, we do not offer daily housekeeping but we are glad to arrange it upon your request.

• Housekeeping staff is available daily from 9:00am – 2:00pm should you need to request additional towels, soaps, etc.

• Each room will have one bathrobe per registered adult for use during your stay.

• If there is a housekeeping emergency please see the front desk associate at any time.

• Summit Lodge Resort reserves the right to enter and make health and safety/maintenance checks of any and all rooms as necessary.

USE OF PUBLIC SPACES

• Dining area usage will be limited to breakfast and O’Dwyer’s Public House use.

• Please plan to bring any outside food or beverage to your room for consumption.

• Fireside enjoyment is encouraged.

• Library use is encouraged.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours begin at 10pm and end at 8am. Please be considerate of other guests during these hours and keep noise levels to a minimum, including TV volume.

POOL & HOT TUB

• The hot tub hours are from 11am – 10pm.

• The outdoor, heated, winter plunge pool and indoor hot tub are open.

NO glass or food permitted in the spa area.

• Children and babies who are not potty trained will not be permitted to use the pool or hot tub.

• All children under the age of 12 require adult supervision at all times when in the spa area.

• Pool towels will be available in the hot tub area or you may bring your own.

• Please return pool towels to the collection basket in the pool area for laundering.

• Please do not collect used pool towels in your room through-out your stay.

GAMES ROOM

The pool table, photo booth, and darts are available for your enjoyment. Noise levels must be adhered to and kept to a minim after 10pm, when quiet hours are in affect.

SMOKING

• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas and in the parking lot.

• Smoking is NOT permitted immediately outside the front door, in the loading and unloading areas, on decks, balconies, or terraces.

• Management reserves the right to charge a $500 cleaning fee to the card on file if it is found you have smoked in your room.

ALCOHOL

Summit Lodge is a fully Liquor Licensed facility by the state of Vermont. As such, any alcoholic beverages purchased through us my be consumed all throughout the premises.

In accordance with state law, it is illegal to consume outside alcoholic beverages on our premises. As such, any outside alcohol beverages are strictly prohibited and must be kept and consumed in the confines or your guest bedroom. 

PETS

Summit Lodge is NOT a pet friendly resort. Service animals are accepted. Service animals must stay with their handler at all times and may never be left alone in the hotel.
